La struttura, a conduzione familiare, è un’antica masseria che dispone di 3 bilocali e 2 monolocali, tutti con vista mare, arredati e dotati di ogni comfort. Tutte le unità abitative presentano un’area salotto, una TV a schermo piatto con canali satellitari, una cucina attrezzata, una zona pranzo e un bagno privato con asciugacapelli, mentre alcune sono provviste di patio o balcone. Le sistemazioni sono dotate anche di frigorifero, forno, piano cottura e macchina da caffè. A vostra disposizione in loco un’area giochi per bambini e un barbecue.

Il Podere Sul Mare is a family-run ancient farmhouse furnished with 3 three-room apartments and two-rooms apartments facing the sea and decorated with all the comfort. Moreover, every apartments have a living room, flat satellite TV, a dining room and a private bath equipped with hair dryer. Furthermore, some of them have a courtyard and a balcony. Apartments are also furnished with fridge, oven, and coffee machine. A children’s play area together with a barbecue is also at guests’ disposal.
